CruzFix is UCSC’s integrated facilities management system which has financial and space interfaces to existing campus systems. Powered by FAMIS 360 software, CruzFix allows students, faculty and staff to submit service requests via an intuitive and streamlined app on their mobile device (or desktop).
The new system integrates both Housing and Physical Plant service requests into one system, focusing our contributions to the University’s mission by operating and maintaining a safe, clean and efficiently run campus. We are excited for the opportunities this system brings not just our customers but also our PPDO teams.
