Vendor Hours of Operation

Outside Vendor Rental

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Truck Division

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Closed on weekends

All rental start/end times must fall within vendor operating hours.

Fleet Services will confirm your reservation and provide:

  • Outside vendor reservation number
  • Rental duration and estimated cost
  • UCruz WEX gas card setup (if needed)

Fueling & Parking Policies

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup
  • Fuel charges may apply if returned below original level
  • No fuel credits are issued by vendors
  • Campus parking requires a permit from TAPS
  • UCruz WEX gas cards available for off-campus refueling
    • $7 processing fee per card
    • Limit: 3 transactions/day
    • Late returns may incur a $130 non-compliance fee

 Important Reminders

  • All drivers must present a valid driver’s license at pickup
  • Do not purchase additional coverage — UC contract includes insurance
  • Late vehicle returns may result in additional vendor charges and Fleet Services fees
  • Cancellations must be made at least one business day in advance
