Building Management Systems (BMS)

At UC Santa Cruz, the Building Management System (BMS) helps keep our campus spaces comfortable, efficient, and sustainable. BMS monitors and controls vital building systems like heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and lighting while tracking energy use and finding new ways to improve efficiency. Our team also manages UCSC’s environmental control rooms and specialized equipment, crucial to supporting groundbreaking research in environmental science and sustainability.
